MAKING RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS EASIER

We are dedicated to supplying our customers with high-quality items. While we hope you are always delighted with your orders, we understand that you may need to return a product from time to time. Please read the guidelines below if you need to return your merchandise.

Within 7 days of receiving, you may return any undesirable things to us (if they are unused and in their original packaging). Returns that do not adhere to our policy* will be rejected and returned to the client.

*Items returned in a non-saleable condition such as –

  • Unsealed
  • Swatches/ Used (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
  • Relabeled
  • Refiled

Timelines to Exchange:

  • You are to make a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or erroneous.

Raise request:

  • You can make a request with us using the Chat option or call us on Customer care number +91 8287494934. You can also mail us at – online@oxyglowcosmetics.com with the clear package & product images along with the order ID.
  • In any case of damaged/ missing product(s), make a return/ exchange request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Timelines to Process:

  • Please give us 2 working days to process your request. We try our best to sort it out as soon as possible.

Delivering the products to your satisfaction:

  • After reviewing the return request, we will be sending our courier partner to pick up the delivered products to you at your given address.
  • In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.

Verification and Refund:

  • After your product(s) is received, we will check it against the complaint and initiate the replacement or refund based on the circumstances. Also, note that replacement will entirely depend upon the availability of stock.

Situations where refund/ replacement shall be applied:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products
  1. In which cases a request for a refund or a replacement would not be accepted?

Generally, if the products are requested to be replaced or refunded if it is within the policy, it shall be accepted. However, in the below-mentioned situations, it wouldn’t be accepted:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Original packing is missing (mono boxes, labels, etc.).
  • After 7 days from the date of delivery, a return/replacement request is generated.
  • After 2 Working days from the date of delivery, the damaged/missing merchandise is reported.
  • In the case of a free item.
  1. What is the procedure for processing returns?

When you request that a product be returned, a pickup is scheduled for the item. After we receive your return request, one of our courier partners will come to collect the goods within 5-7 business days. This item is then returned to our warehouse, where our quality control team inspects it. A refund is initiated once the goods have passed the quality check.

  1. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order using the CANCEL button on the order details page, which is in the My Account area. All you have to do is tell us the reason for the cancellation and we’ll take care of the rest.

OR call us at +91 8287494934 (Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.) and we’ll assist you in cancelling the order.

**OxyGlow maintains the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notification to the client and to verify any order before shipping it to the customer, which may involve obtaining verbal or written confirmation from the customer.


Note: Orders can only be cancelled until they are marked as “Ready to Ship.”

  1. What is the procedure for receiving a refund for a cancelled or returned product?

Money will be reimbursed to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days in the event of prepaid orders. Customers will be required to supply bank account information for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders to receive a refund.

  1. How long does it take to get a refund for a cancelled order or a product that has been returned?

If you cancel your purchase, we will execute your refund within 7 business days. In the event of a return, we will issue a refund once the goods have been received by our warehouse and the quality check has been completed. Please keep in mind that the entire process takes two weeks from the time the return is picked up.

  1. Is it possible to return a specific product of my order?

Yes. Within 7 days after delivery, you can return any products that are eligible for returns.
