D-Tan Mask designed to remove tanning and even out the skin tone. It is enriched with natural Clove, Eucalyptus, and Tea Tree Oil which acts as active ingredients for tan removal along with Vitamin E and AHA. It penetrates within skin layers and remove skin tanning with balanced moisturizing. It also exfoliate dead skin, gives glowing skin with even skin tone. This Mask helps to remove those impurities from the face and keep the face looking fairer, younger, and healthier. It also helps in excess oil removal. It is not a peel-off mask, so it can be washed away with water only.

 How to Use D-Tan Mask?

Wash your face with Oxyglow D-tan Face Wash. Pat dry with towel. Apply a thin layer of product on face and neck. Leave it to dry for 5 - 10 min. Gently massage with wet fingertips in small circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm or normal tap water. Pat dry with a clean towel. Avoid eye contact and area around eye.

Shipping Policy

Oxyglow Cosmetics has a simple shipping policy for all orders placed on our website , with no exceptions. Products are shipped from our warehouse in Faridabad by reputed courier agencies.

  1. Do you ship outside of India? Yes, we do ship outside of India. To place an order, you can either shoot us mail at online@oxyglowcosmetics.com or call us at +91- 8287494934
  1. How soon after I place my order, are my products shipped? Orders placed before 12PM are shipped same day, and orders received after 12PM are shipped next working day. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay we will keep you informed.
  1. What is the transit time for all orders? We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Transit time to locations depends on courier loads, local conditions and a variety of other factors, although we estimate a 2-4 day transit time in most cases.
  1. Which courier agency do you use for deliveries? To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. Our current panel of couriers includes Blue Dart, FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery, Ecom Express & DTDC. We pick the most reliable (and not necessarily the least expensive) shipping partner to each location.
  1. If I order multiple products in one purchase, will you ship them all together? While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders.
  1. Can I return the package at the time of the delivery? If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +91- 8287494934 or send us an email at online@oxyglowcosmetics.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. 

Return and Replacement
At Oxyglow, we're quite sure that you will love all our products as much as we do. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we have a simple, "no evasion" return policy in place.

  1. What are the conditions under which product can be returned?
Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns where less than 1/3rd of the product has been used, and with the original packing materials, so that return transit is safe for our delivery partners. Return policy does not apply to free gifts and promotional merchandise. We reserve the right to not honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent/malafide and the decision of Oxyglow in this regard will be final. Lastly, this return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from oxyglowcosmetics.com .
  1. How do the users tell you that they want to return the goods in the first place?

  1. When are refunds provided?
      Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or cannot provide replacement due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse.
  1. When will the replacement of my product will be made?

Replacement would be sent to customers when the products that need to be replaced are sent from the customers and they share the details of couriers with us. The replacement of parcels would reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.

It is Oxyglow’s  intention to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call within 3 days of delivery.
