How to Use Natural Heena?

  • Take out the powder in a plate/ bowl and add app.
  • 3 parts water to 1 part powder to make a paste so that it can be applied on hair easily and gently. Apply this paste on hair.
  • After five minutes comb the hair so that the paste should reach in the roots of hair. If any whiten observed on hair, apply some more paste on that portion.
  • Wash the hair after prescribed time until rinsing water becomes clear and the rinsed water is entirely colorless.
  • Please note that while washing the hair keep the eye and mouth closed.
  • Use about 50 gm or more depends upon your hair density.


  1. Mix Natural Henna with water and make a paste so that it can be applied on hand easily
  2. Make a design on hand with applicator or cone and let it dry.
  3. Leave it as such for 2 hours
  4. For better result do not touch water for at least 6 hours and before applying henna use henna oil on your hand


  1. Mix henna with lemon juice and water to make an applicable paste. Let it soak overnight for dye release
  2. Apply the henna paste on hair from root to tip evenly by wearing gloves
  3. Wrap hair with plastic cover and wait for 2 -3 hours, rinse thoroughly
  4. After first using this product, re-dye hair second time in 1-2 weeks to get deeper and richer color

Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns where less than 1/3rd of the product has been used, and with the original packing materials, so that return transit is safe for our delivery partners. Return policy does not apply to free gifts and promotional merchandise. We reserve the right to not honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent/malafide and the decision of Oxyglow in this regard will be final.   1. When are refunds provided?
      Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or cannot provide replacement due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse.

Replacement would be sent to customers when the products that need to be replaced are sent from the customers and they share the details of couriers with us. The replacement of parcels would reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.

It is Oxyglow’s  intention to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
